Great staff - decent location but west coast of Phuket was just too busy and beaches were covered in umbrellas and loung

Bussy Puket vibe, if you have low treshold for environemental triggers you’ll have a blast
Friendly Hotel service, easy access to pool. Good restaurant and breakfast service.
Some rooms had a moisty smell (ground floor apartements).Air filtration should be optimized or checked. If possible book the studio’s with direct pool access.

Home away from home. Really lovely stay in Kata Beach...
Our room was lovely and spacious. We felt right at home. The pool area was gorgeous and kiddie play ground was perfect for our 2 year old. The team were super lovely and the place was really clean. Good location and not far from all you need.
The only downside was the food. There is so much potential to get it right and if the food offering was more delicious, there would be no need to leave the resort.
